Logistics: How to schedule and understand the various sessions offered and which small group sessions would best suit your needs.
Movement Patterns: An introduction to foundational movement patterns if required.

To ensure you feel confident with your starting point, the next steps, and the studio processes, so you're fully supported for your first movement session.
