How to Get Started at Vitality Health & Fitness

At Vitality, we want you to feel confident, supported, and set up for success from your very first session. Whether you’re brand-new to fitness or returning after time away, we make the onboarding process simple and welcoming.

Joining Strength & Conditioning or Timeless (60+)

Our Strength & Conditioning and Timeless (60+) programs run in 12-week training blocks to ensure progressive, structured, and effective programming.
To get the full benefit—and to help you feel comfortable with the flow—we encourage new clients to join at the start of a new block.


Our next block begins January 5.

If you’re interested in joining mid-block, no problem—simply book a 1:1 intake session with Michelle (coach/owner). During this session, we’ll:

  • Get to know your goals and movement history

  • Introduce you to key exercises and equipment

  • Assess your starting point

  • Build confidence so you walk into your first class feeling prepared

You can also choose to begin with personal training. These sessions can be fully customized to help you develop skills, build strength, or prepare for group classes at a pace that feels right for you.
