Benefits of Personal Training and Individualized Programming

We offer two types of Individualized Programming

  1. Personal Training Sessions In-Person

  • can be purchased as a 5-hour or 10-hour Session Package.

These can be used as full 1 hour sessions or broken into 30-minute training sessions.

2. Home or Gym Programming

We start with collecting information on how often and for how long you will be training for, what equipment you have access to and then schedule a 1:1 with you to go over individualized programming to suit your needs.

Ideal for those whose hours don’t work for regular Vitality small group sessions, who have access to home equipment but are unsure of how to properly execute or program for quality movement that suits their needs.
