Small Group Training, with a Personal Training Approach

  • These small group fitness sessions create the foundation of programming at Vitality.

  • Purposeful movement with a focus on foundational movement patterns that start where you are and progress at a pace appropriate for you

  • Efficient full-body workouts with 48 hours of recovery time between strength training sessions

Functional Strength & Conditioning- Mondays

  • Mobility based warm-up using suspension trainers

  • Power Movement(s) followed by,

  • Functional Movement Patterns- squat, lunge, hip-hinge, push, pull and core strength

    • Unilateral (one side of the body) and Bilateral (both sides of the body) Movements

    • Choice and autonomy to choose a movement variation that works best for you

  • Conditioning-Based Finisher

  • Flexibility based Cool-down

Instructor led class with each participant moving at their own station with their own equipment.

  • Functional Movement Patterns with a focus on lateral movement- sumo squat, lateral lunge, hip-hinge, push (ex. chest fly), pull (ex. reverse fly) and core strength

    • Unilateral (one side of the body) and Bilateral (both sides of the body) Movements

    • Choice and autonomy to choose a movement variation that works best for you

  • Conditioning-Based Finisher

  • Flexibility based Cool-down

Functional Strength and Conditioning Circuit- Friday/Saturday

  • A combination of strength, conditioning and preventative rehab stations. A fun finish to the week and kickoff to the weekend. In this small group fitness session we include the movement patterns learned and led in Monday and Wednesday classes and transfer them onto a variety of equipment types.

  • Lots of options and progressions for each movement station

Timeless (60+) -Strength & Stability- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30am

  • This small group fitness session is designed for those 60 years and older to build strength and stability.

  • We hope these classes will allow you to continue to participate in all of the things you love to do when you leave this session feeling strong and stable.

  • Pilates

    Tuesdays & Thursdays and select Saturday mornings

    CarolAnne is a Stott Pilates Certified Instructor. She provides a class designed to enhance your core strength and promote body awareness through a series of low impact controlled movements. Whether you’re new to pilates or looking to deepen your practice you will leave feeling centered, balanced and refreshed.

    Thursday evenings and select Saturday mornings

    CarolAnne is a Certified Yoga Instructor. She provides a wonderful class to unwind in this balanced yoga flow class suitable for all levels with modifications provided to meet your needs.

  • PREHAB with Alyssa

    Monday Evening, Tuesday Morning, Wednesday Evening and select Saturday mornings

    Enhance your mobility, stability and core strength with this dynamic class designed to prevent injuries and optimize movement. This session focuses on functional exercises that improve joint health, balance and posture while building a resilient core. Using a combination of mobility drills, stability exercises and targeted strength work, you’ll improve flexibility, reduce pain and increase overall body control. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is ideal for anyone looking to stay active, recover from minor setbacks or build a strong foundation for other activities.

  • Suspension Trainer Classes (varied times and days)

    These classes focus on instruction of using the suspension trainers for all functional movement. The goal is to build participants confidence in using suspension trainers for use in other classes.

    These are a great way to challenge range of motion in movement patterns and build strength in a way that is easy on the joints and requires core strength to move through functional movement patterns.
