Full Body Functional Strength Training- Mondays

  • Mobility based Warm-up

  • Functional Movement Patterns-power/conditioning movement, squat, lunge, hip-hinge, push, pull and core strength

  • Unilateral and Bilateral Movements

  • Choose the best variation of each of the movement patterns that works best for you

  • Flexibility based Cool-down

  • Dumbbells and Suspension Trainers are the equipment base for this class

Instructor led class with cues on breath, form, tempo and proper muscle activation make this program one in which you feel supported while also having an opportunity to work within the scope of how you are feeling on that particular day.

Full Body Functional Strength Training- Wednesdays

  • Join our Functional Strength with Core Focus instructor-led small group fitness session for versatile workouts that target core stability, increase overall strength, and incorporate fun accessory movements. Don't miss out on this opportunity to enhance your fitness journey.

Full-Body Strength and Conditioning Circuit- Friday/Saturday

  • A combination of strength, conditioning and preventative rehab stations. A fun finish to the week and kickoff to the weekend. In this small group fitness session we include the movement patterns learned and led in Monday and Wednesday classes and transfer them onto a variety of equipment types.

  • Lots of options and progressions for each movement station

Timeless (60+) -Strength & Stability- Monday, Wednesday, Friday

  • This small group fitness session is designed for those 60 years and older to build strength and stability. We hope these classes will allow you to continue to participate in all of the things you love to do when you leave this session feeling strong and stable.

  • Yoga/Pilates

    Tuesdays & Thursdays & some “Trainers Choice” on Saturday mornings

    CarolAnne is a Stott Pilates Certified Instructor and Yoga Instructor who does a wonderful job of starting class with some core focused pilates and finishing class with a wonderful yoga flow. This class compliments the Vitality Signature classes very well allowing participants to enjoy back to back days in classes.

  • Sweat & Stretch

    Tuesdays

    Join our invigorating Sweat & Stretch Circuit Session to elevate your cardiovascular workout, boost your heart rate, and enhance your overall conditioning. Book your spot now for a session that will leave you feeling energized and motivated

  • PREHAB with Alyssa

    Monday & Wednesday Evenings & some “Trainers Choice” on Saturday mornings

    This preventative rehabilitation (prehab) class is programmed around focusing on preventing injury. Mobility, flexibility, joint health and core strength. Whether you are a beginner to strength training, a seasoned distance runner, heavy weight lifter or cross-fit participant this class will help avoid injury and keep you participating. It’s all the movement you know will make you better in all of your other areas of fitness.

  • Suspension Trainer Classes (varied times and days)

    These classes focus on instruction of using the suspension trainers for all functional movement. The goal is to build participants confidence in using suspension trainers for use in other classes.

    These are a great way to challenge range of motion in movement patterns and build strength in a way that is easy on the joints and requires core strength to move through functional movement patterns.
