A combination of functional strength training, conditioning, core stability and accessory movements.
A fun finish to the week and kickoff to the weekend. In this small group fitness session we include the movement patterns learned and led in Monday and Wednesday classes and transfer them onto a variety of equipment types.

Preventative Rehab & Core Stability
Enhance your mobility, stability and core strength with this dynamic class designed to prevent injuries and optimize movement. This session focuses on functional exercises that improve joint health, balance and posture while building a resilient core. Using a combination of mobility drills, stability exercises and targeted strength work, you’ll improve flexibility, reduce pain and increase overall body control. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is ideal for anyone looking to stay active, recover from minor setbacks or build a strong foundation for other activities.
Timeless (60+) -Strength & Stability- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:30am

This small group fitness session is designed for those 60 years and older to build strength and stability.
We hope these classes will allow you to continue to participate in all of the things you love to do when you leave this session feeling strong and stable.
Sweat OR Strength- Stretch (45min)

(our strength is programmed as full-body so requires 48 hours of recovery afterwards- it is not suggested to do back to back days of strength, so if you completed strength and conditioning on the previous day it’s a good time to stretch, if you didn’t it’s a good time to do strength)
Everyone starts with a dynamic, mobility based warmup
Sweat Circuit= 6 circuit stations programmed to get your heart rate up and working in a zone 3+ heart rate zone. This is high intensity work designed for heart and lung health.
Strength Circuit= 6 circuit stations programmed for functional strength and paired into supersets to keep you moving efficiently.
Everyone finishes with a stretch/cooldown
DanceFit
Get ready to sweat, smile and move to the beat. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or love to have fun and let loose this class is for all levels and abilities.
Set to an upbeat playlist of feel-good hits, you’ll follow easy to learn dance routines while having a blast.
Expect plenty of energy, lots of laughter and a feel-good sweat that leaves you feeling confident. Bring your best moves or your best effort and lets have fun!
Our instructor Jessie has an Honours Specialist in Kinesiology and a Minor in Dance- having dance bring so much joy into her life paired with learning about movement in the body has inspired her to bring her two joys together to provide you with the perfect pairing.
Mom & Baby- Functional Movement

Designed for the functional movements required for moms in their every day life with baby and more
Toddlers are welcome
Babies are encouraged to be worn in a carrier during class to create every day additional load into movement patterns- we obviously understand that some flexibility with this is required
It is suggested to use a 10 class pass for flexibility for this program and to have the option to come without baby if you are able throughout the session to any of our other programs
Pilates- Tuesdays & Thursdays and select Saturday mornings
CarolAnne is a Stott Pilates Certified Instructor. She provides a class designed to enhance your core strength and promote body awareness through a series of low impact controlled movements. Whether you’re new to pilates or looking to deepen your practice you will leave feeling centered, balanced and refreshed.
