Team Training
We believe young athletes benefit greatly from learning how to train and fuel their whole body.
Learning proper technique in building overall fitness largely translates into injury prevention and training for sport.
We want to help young athletes build their team of mentors and leaders in fitness so they can perform their best in any type of physical activity.
We hope athletes can use this foundational knowledge and continue to apply it throughout their lives to be lifelong participants in physical activity.
HOW IT WORKS:
Our Team Training starts with an application form (below) completed by the coaching staff or athletic organization of interest to collect information about your team that will help us to create a Team Training package that will work for your team.
We will review the application, decide on a plan of action, and send you a proposal to start the process.
