Job Description: Small Group Strength and Conditioning Instructor / Personal Trainer
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Small Group Strength and Conditioning Instructor and Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals by providing evidence-based guidance and programs tailored to individual needs.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and modify strength and conditioning programs for small groups and individuals.
• Conduct fitness assessments to set baselines and track client progress.
• Provide education and support to clients, steering them toward credible health and fitness information while dispelling common myths and misinformation.
• Monitor client performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure proper technique and safety.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in the fitness industry.
• Foster a welcoming and motivating environment for clients of all fitness levels.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to ensure accountability and progress.
Requirements:
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and/or Strength and Conditioning certification (e.g., NSCA, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning and applying evidence-based fitness practices.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients toward their goals.
• Experience with small group training is a plus.
